My experience with the Rick has changed my approach to my daily sports training activities in the way I see the basic goals of working out. His overall approach provided to fitness training included elements necessary for both sports and general overall physical well-being. Cardio, core strength, balance, and endurance was stressed in his workout routines. This not only improved my sports performance but overall improved my daily functioning activities. I lost weight, improved my body fat index and felt increased energy. As a 64 year old tennis player, I am not only able to get to the ball quicker without injuries but I am one of the few remaining players (my age) at the end of the game that wants to play more. My endurance has significantly been improved.
